FAQ

Common questions about going solar with Amana.

Straight answers about equipment, pricing, timelines and what to expect.

Is the equipment actually certified?

Yes. Every panel, battery and inverter we sell meets SONCAP standards — that's a fixed rule for us, not an upsell option.

How much does a solar + battery system cost?

It depends entirely on your power needs, roof/site conditions, and how much backup you want. We don't quote generic packages — every system is priced after a free site assessment. Use our savings calculator to see what you're currently spending, then get an exact quote.

Do you only sell equipment, or do you install too?

Both. Amana Energies is your supplier and your installer, from first consultation through commissioning and ongoing maintenance — we don't hand you off to a third party.

Where do you currently operate?

We're currently serving Lagos and Abuja, with plans to expand across Nigeria as we grow. Outside those areas? Reach out anyway — we'll let you know when we get to you.

What happens after installation?

Every installation is backed by a workmanship warranty on top of the equipment maker's warranty, and we offer ongoing maintenance and support — we don't disappear after the sale.

How long does a typical install take, from quote to power-on?

It runs in four steps: free site assessment, custom system design and quote, professional installation, then ongoing support. Exact timing depends on system size and equipment availability — we'll give you a specific timeline once we've assessed your property.

Will solar fully replace my generator?

For many homes and businesses, yes — especially with battery backup sized to your actual usage. For very high loads or extended outages, some customers keep a generator as a backup layer. We'll be honest with you about which situation you're in during the site assessment.

How do I get started?

Fill in the contact form, call, or message us on WhatsApp. The first step is always a free site assessment — no obligation.
